1. More candid, less staged
Let's capture the real moments, the authenticity of hand holding, scrunched up nose laughs and that beautiful look. Posed works too, so we're able to see everyone's faces front and center but let's not forget the realness and magic of moment to moment.
2. Relationship and connection
I love building relationships and staying connected to others, this is important in my photographer/client relationship as well. Connection is key and without it, life would be dull. Yes! Let's take great photos together AND create a connection while we're at it.
3. Invest in captured memories
Capturing the essence of each individual, their soul, their story...this is the beauty! The love shared, the joyful moments, truth and the ability to be seen in all of this. These are the fond memories we'll be able to look back on years from now and marvel at these times.
4. Ever evolving style
Because everyone and each family is so unique, I simply can't replicate what I do for one session to the next. I embrace my own style/brand, but leave room for individuality and work at portraying each session in honor of the individual(s).
